Brown the ground beef in oil in a saute pan with 2 tablespoons Auntie Nono’s Steakhouse Seasoned Salt and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spread the tots on a foil lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Auntie Nono’s Steakhouse Seasoned Salt and bake until crispy for about 25 minutes, tossing to ensure even crispiness.
When you are ready, spread the cooked tots evenly on the same baking sheet, top with ground beef, jalapeños and grated cheese, and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
Top with generous dollops of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole, and serve right on the baking sheet.
