Cauliflower BBQ Bites

These Cauliflower BBQ Wings made with just 5 ingredients are the perfect appetizer for Game Day or any occasion! They’re crispy, crunchy and coated in a saucy bbq sauce in a healthier version of a tailgate classic.

1 head cauliflower, separated into bite-sized florets

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Auntie Nono's Everything Seasoning

1 Cup of your favorite Barbecue Sauce

1 Cup Ranch Dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl, toss together the cauliflower, oil, and Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in the preheated 425 degree oven until golden and cooked through, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with the two sauces for dipping.
Recipe Note
If you like your holidays spicy, sprinkle some Auntie Nono’s Firecracker Sea Salt on the cauliflower before baking. Add some to the dipping sauces as well for extra zing!
