Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Chopped parsley to garnish
Directions
Carefully cut each chicken breast in half widthwise to create 4 thin pieces of chicken. Season on both sides with Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning
- You will need three shallow bowls for your dredging station. In the first, place flour and season with a large pinch of Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning. In another bowl, beat your eggs. And in the third bowl, combine your bread crumbs, parmesan, oregano, Everything Seasoning, and red pepper.
- Take each piece of chicken and coat in flour, then dip in eggs, and press into the panko mixture. Make sure both sides are evenly coated.
- Preheat your airfryer to 400 degrees (this should take 3 minutes)
- Place chicken in the airfryer, working in batches if necessary, for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. After the 10 minutes, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over noodles!
